I had a bunch of goal weights here with little rewards that I thought would be motivational to reach my next goal or just generally would feel accomplishing. But, I think I’m going to take it by five pounds. I want to do it on pound by one pound that I lose, but my scale isn’t exactly accurate or easy to read. So, I’ll do weekly weigh-ins this summer (which aren’t reliable, but they’re something) and I’ll post pictures (because numbers can’t describe the way I look and feel).

As I reach these milestones, at some point, I will aporatically give myself little rewards. Some ideas: get my cartilage pierced, get a mani-pedi, buy a dress, and a shopping spree (probably when I reach my UGW because my clothes won’t fit).
